Logging into the Softphone

Both the Computer and Mobile applications have a similar login procedure, which uses credentials that you will have set up when you received your extension. If you have not set up, or do not know your credentials, please submit a ticket requesting a reset.

Enable Softphone:

Once you log in, you will need to enable your Softphone by clicking/touching this button.

On the computer version:


On the mobile version:



E911 requirement:

When you enable the Softphone on the computer version of OfficeSuite Kinetic, you will be prompted to enter your E911 address. You only need to set this once, but 911 recommends that you keep this address up to date so a 911 operator knows where to send help if you call 911 and are unable to give them your location.


Click Yes to view or change your address, and click No to proceed without viewing address.

Installing the Softphone app on a Computer

If you have been assigned access to the OfficeSuite Kinetic softphone application, installation should occur automatically on a restart. If you do not have the app on your computer, restart your computer, then submit a ticket to IT if the app is still not present.

Installing the Mobile Softphone app

Installation of the Softphone app on a cell phone can be achieved by scanning the appropriate QR code below, or searching "OfficeSuite UC Go Kinetic" in the appropriate app store.
