Go Kinetic Business App

Our phones are now accessible using the Go Kinetic Business application. With this app you can make phone calls from your computer and cell phone.

How to Install on Your Computer

All BEC computers should automatically install the app. If the app is not on the desktop, restart your computer and/or submit a ticket.

To have the app installed on a non-BEC computer, please submit a ticket.

How to Install on Your Cell Phone

First, scan the QR code for the type of cell phone you have.

This QR code will open the respective app store to be able to download the application.

Using the Application

On the first launch, you will have a log-in page that looks like the one below. The login credentials for the app are set by using the activation email from Windstream.

After logging in, you can select the shown ‘phone’ option to turn on or off the app.

Once enabled, the app can now be used as your extension!

Cell Phone App Usability:

On first log in, the cell phone app opens to an account start page. We suggest changing this default start page first thing.

First. select the blue button with dots to open the quick select menu:

From this menu you can choose ‘Set Start Page’.

Now, select the “OfficeSuite UC”, option highlighted in blue in the picture.

This will open another menu where you can choose which page of the phone app that you want to start on. We suggest selecting the ‘Keypad’ option for the most straightforward app usage.

If you find yourself on the initial home page again, simply select the “OfficeSuite UC” option from the quick menu to access the phone system.
