This article will show you how to create or modify your email signature in Microsoft Outlook.
To access the Signatures Window in Outlook, first open a new email:
Next, select Signature from the toolbar, then Signatures from the drop down list:

With the Signature and Stationary window open, you can now modify existing signatures or select New and create a new signature.

Notes:
If creating a signature for the first time, it is best to prepare the signature in a blank email or Word document prior to opening the Signatures window, as the Signatures window is somewhat limited in its editing capabilities.
Once you have a the text and layout of the signature created, it can be copied and pasted into the Signatures window.
